We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
Section 4 — Products and natural variation
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material, so grain, colour and markings vary from piece to piece and from the photographs shown on the site. Screens also render colour differently. Measurements are taken by hand and a variance of approximately 1cm is normal.
This variation is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect. It is covered by our standard 30-day return policy but is not treated as a fault.
Where a product is made from a synthetic material rather than leather, we state this clearly in its description.
Section 5 — Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
We work to keep pricing accurate, but errors occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will not charge a corrected price without asking you first.
Section 6 — Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in order information, or payment issues.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel any order after a confirmation has been sent, and will refund you in full if we do.

The content of this site, including text, photographs, graphics and the Biscuir name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Section 8 — Limitation of liability
The site and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed events caused by a delayed delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in the purchaser's state of residence.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
